Watertown Police reports are handled at the second-floor Records Section, 751 Waterman Drive, Watertown, NY 13601. The records window is open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on weekdays except legal holidays. Call 315-786-2637 or 315-786-2640, or email policerecords@watertown-ny.gov. Jefferson County did not publish a separate sheriff records-order counter or stable fee schedule, so non-routine sheriff requests use the county FOIL route above.
